Americare Hospice & Palliative care is a family-owned and locally operated hospice agency specializing in the East Valley.  The inception of the company started in the fall of 2004, was licensed by the state in February of 2005, and was Medicare-certified in September later that year.  Since then, Americare has undergone survey by the Department of Health in April of 2006, and most recently in April of 2008.  We are proud to have consistently passed our surveys without deficiencies, illustrating our compliance with the rules and regulations that promote excellent clinical standards.
