The Americare Hospice Foundation is a non-profit foundation dedicated to the support of hospice care and benefits.  The Foundation was created to improve the quality of life for  our patients with services and personal experiences that are not traditionally covered by insurance.  The Foundation not only makes a difference in patients’ lives, it also helps our educational programs and community outreach programs.  This important Foundation is solely funded by the generosity of our patients’ relatives and friends who make donations in honor and in memory of their loved ones.
